Refund Policy

Product Delivery Subscription Agreement Return Policy

There is a Three day Refund Policy for your MY HARVEST AMERICA Benefits and Services Subscriptions. There are no refunds with the Loyalty Card once it has been shipped to the representative or customer. This agreement may be modified to comply with applicable laws, regulations or ordinances.

There are no investments ever required to participate in MYHARVESTAMERICA.com shoppers program.

An optional yearly administration hosting Fee of $39.95 covers the cost of your self replicated websites, hosting, bandwidth and support and training system. If purchased, the administration hosting Fee is not refundable.

WHEN YOU COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE, YOU, THE BUYER, ARE CLAIMING THAT YOU HAVE READ, ACCEPTED, AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT WHICH INCLUDES A THREE DAY REFUND POLICY ON ALL Benefits and Services Subscriptions AND A THIRTY DAY REFUND POLICY ON ALL NUTRITIONAL AND OTHER RELATED PRODUCTS.

Nutritional or related Product Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated by the Company for a specific country or region, a new Representative who is dissatisfied with their first Nutritional product purchase shall request a refund, credit or exchange within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of shipment of the product. If the Company is notified within the 30 calendar-day period, and if the product is in resalable condition, the Company will refund the full price of the product purchase less shipping charges, restocking fees, bonus, taxes and commissions paid.

A Representative’s request of a 100% refund on their first order will be notice to the Company as a cancellation of that Representative’s organization.

Customer Return Policy

The Company has a 100% money-back guarantee on all of its products for retail sales. It is the responsibility of each Representative to refund the purchase price to any unsatisfied customer. The customer’s request must be made within 30 calendar days of the date of the product purchase to be valid unless a longer period of time is required by law, and the product must be in resalable condition.

The Company will refund the full price of the product purchase less shipping charges and 10% stocking fee.

After the first product purchase, and for an auto-ship order, a Representative shall request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of shipment of the product. If the request is made within the 30 calendar day period, and if the product is in resalable condition, the Company shall charge a 10% restocking and processing fee and refund 90% of the product purchase price, less shipping charges, bonuses, or commissions paid to the Representative.
